CAISO’s Interconnection Customers

In preparation for the CAISO Cluster 15 Interconnection Request process, the City of Santa Clara dba Silicon Valley Power (SVP) is providing the following evaluation criteria for prospective Interconnection Customers and/or Respondents to SVP solicitations or solicitations issued by the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA). SVP will use the criteria during the CAISO Cluster 15 Commercial Interest Scoring Process to determine how SVP may award commercial interest points to these Interconnection Customers and/or Respondents.

SVP will accept proposals for Projects in CAISO’s Queue Cluster 15 until October 31, 2024 by 5 PM PPT (Pacific Prevailing Time).
